About the Artwork

As soon as day breaks, they fly each one his own way, the witches, the hobgoblins, the visions, and the phantoms. It is a good thing that these people show themselves only by night and in the dark. No one has ever been able to find out where they hide and lock themselves up during daytime. He who would catch a group of goblins in their den, and show them in a cage at ten o’clock in the morning on the Puerta del Sol, would not need any right of primogeniture to an entailed estate.
