Monsieur Albert? c’est un monsieur du Jardin-des-Plantes, qui vient tous les jours pour faire l’explication des bêtes _ Maman: un grand qui a des moustaches que tu ne connais pas. Il n’est venu aujourd’hui qu’apres qu’on a eu fermé les singes . . . tu sais comme est maman? elle l’a joliment arrangé, va! . . . . . . . . Oh! comme tu n’en a presque plus sur le dessus, des cheveux, Papa! . . . .
Monsieur Albert? He’s a man form the Botanical Gardens who comes every day to give Mama lessons on the animals . . . a tall man with a moustache whom you don’t know. He didn’t come today until the monkeys were shut away. You know Mama – she really gave him a piece of her mind! Oh! You have hardly any hair left on top, Papa!
