WAM and Tallgrass Film Association join forces for this annual outdoor movie night featuring Grease, directed by Randal Kleiser. The 1978 summer lovin’ American romantic musical comedy depicts the antics of Rydell High Class of 1959, the leather-clad greaser Danny Zuko (John Travolta) and wholesome Australian transfer student Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John).

Bring your lawn chair or blanket and claim a spot in the Art Garden on the Paula and Barry Downing Amphitheater lawn. Music Theatre Wichita performs Grease on September 15–19 and MTW actors will make a special appearance at WAM. Break out your best hand jive, and join in the fun, including live music from The Benders to start the evening.
