WAM loves readers! This year’s NEA Big Read Wichita selection is Circe by Madeline Miller, a novel about the Greek goddess Circe. Tune into the Big Read Kick-Off that airs on KPTS from 2:30 to 3:30 pm Saturday, January 9, 2021, for special announcements and to find out more about Circe and the companion books for younger readers.

Swing by the museum for a fun take-away art activity that pairs with this year’s book selections. Families can pick up a free bag of art activities and supplies at WAM on Saturday, January 9 from 10 am to 5 pm. Bags will be available at the front desk while supplies last.
