About This Event

Join architect Dean Bradley and art photographer Larry Schwarm as they present a travelogue of their Art Deco discoveries in Wichita. Both are exceptional artists who live in Wichita, plus they adore Art Deco. Together, they visited sites about town that reflect the best of this historic style.

From Wichita’s original airport built in 1935 to our United States Courthouse completed in 1932, this pair will share images from their excursion around town and discussion of classic Art Deco in Wichita.

This presentation is part of Art Deco Opening Day activities for American Art Deco: Designing for the People, 1918-1939

Admission is free to Art Deco Opening Day activities. Admission to the American Art Deco exhibition requires a ticket that may be purchased at the museum’s Welcome Desk.
