Small meeting room (up to 60 people)
$200* per event - Monday through Friday
$300* per event - Saturday and Sunday
Large Meeting Room (120 people)
$300* per event - Monday through Friday
$500* per event - Saturday and Sunday
Board Room and Private Room (10 people)
$100 per day - Monday through Friday only
S. Jim and Darla Farha Great Hall (max. 200 people)
Available evenings only
$1000* per event - Monday through Thursday
$1500* per event - Friday through Sunday
Howard E. Wooden Lecture Hall (140 people)
$150 per event
Open Galleries
$250 (applies to after hour events)
Gallery passes are available at a reduced cost of $2/per for all museum rentals
*additional $30/hour per guard (and/or custodian) for after hour events;
approximately one guard for every 50 persons, minimum of two guards per event
Required deposit of 30% or maximum $500 will be due with signed contract. Final payment will be due at the conclusion of the event.
Day hours
10:00am-5:00pm (additional fee will be charged for meetings outside WAM's public hours)
Evening hours
5:00pm-12:00am ($25 per hour for set up time before 5:00 pm)
