If you join the Wichita Art Museum at a membership level of $600 or above, you are entitled to the benefits of the Murdock Society. And when you join, prepare for lots of high-brow fun and facts. Murdock members plan art trips at home and around the country. Think in-town visits to private and corporate art collections; short one-or-two day trips to nearby cities like Kansas City, Tulsa, or Dallas. There's at least one 4-5 day trip to experience exclusive, private collections in a major city such as New York or San Francisco. Lots of planning and networking goes into these excursions; and we promise you'll have an up-close and personal view of some of the most exciting art in the country.
