The Roland P. Murdock Collection
The Roland P. Murdock Collection was created by Louise Caldwell Murdock, in memory of her husband.
The works were selected and purchased by Elizabeth Stubblefield Navas during the years 1939-1962.
One hundred sixty-eight American paintings, sculptures and graphics dating from the Colonial period through the mid-20th century are represented in the collection. Major artists in the history of American art are represented by first-rate works.
