The Wichita Art Museum brings people, ideas, and American Art together to enrich lives and build community. WAM educational programming offers varied levels of engagement and participation with the core belief that art is for everyone, that curiosity inspires learning, and that learning is a lifelong adventure.

Bringing a group of students to WAM? There's no admission charge for student groups visiting the museum, either on a self-guided or docent-led tour. 100% bus reimbursement also is available.

Museums Connect - The Legacy of Gordon Parks - Winter-Spring 2016
The Wichita Art Museum is excited to announce an educational partnership with the Ulrich Museum of Art, The Kansas African American Museum, and Arts Partners, based on the life and legacy of Kansas native Gordon Parks. Each museum has a special exhibition of Parks' work, and Arts Partners has developed curriculum content and classroom learning opportunities for students K–12 in conjunction with the exhibitions.
